If you’re ready for a more powerful amateur radio experience, the Ranger RCI-69FFC6 10-meter radio with 450 watts PEP may be exactly what you’re looking for. The black faceplate with contrasting chrome control knobs, multipurpose meter, six-digit frequency counter and large channel number display gives the RCI-69FFC6 (an upgrade from the 69FFB6) a classic appearance. It features white LED display lights, improved SSB frequency drift performance and an effective cooling system to match the power output. A heavy duty heatsink and fan at the back help keep things cool to ensure optimal performance. And thanks to the built-in double FET balance mixer you can enjoy excellent intermodulation performance in receive mode, while the new PLL and VCO design promises a stable operating frequency.
Ranger radios sometimes have a small scratch or ding that the factory covers with black touch up. We cannot effect this and do not guarantee your radio to be cosmetically perfect. Bells CB will make no marks or scratches on your radio ourselves. Ranger might though and I cannot control it.
The item most overlooked when ordering a custom radio is the microphone. Your new radio will NOT sound great with a stock mic on it even if you have it tuned. If your CB is more than a tool for work, you NEED to upgrade your microphone.
