stations operating in FM AM USB LSB CW PA.
The generously sized screen displays most of the functions and
indicators needed for normal use.
Next to the screen, on the right you will find a secondary
display to display the channel number which allows a better

The Alinco station has a Clarifier function that helps a clearer
reception. Along with the automatic squalch, the station is
equipped with filters that reduce background sounds ANL, NB and
Hi-Cut. RF Gain and Small Gain adjust the sensitivity of
reception / transmission to communicate over long distances.
These should be set to maximum when the correspondent is nearby
and can be dimmed to reduce distortion.
