Low-Noise Receiver Modification and Refinement
This modification is designed strictly for weak signal recovery. We upgrade the front end with Schottky diodes and a low-noise transistor to effectively lower the noise floor. You won’t notice a difference on strong, local stations, but for those tiny, distant signals that are barely scratching through the static, this provides the subtle edge needed to make them readable.
