The Uniden PRO510XL heavy-duty CB radio offers high-performance full 40-channel operation in a rugged yet compact design that makes it an extremely popular choice for industrial, commercial, and off-road use.
Its S/RF meter and red-lit LED indicators help you monitor activity at a glance. Users get Squelch Control that improves sound quality and Automatic Noise Limiter (ANL) control to filter out ignition and electronic vehicle interference. - ANL Switch – You can select the Automatic Noise Limiter to help reduce harsh background noise caused by a variety of interference sources.
- Compact Size
- Full 40 Channel Operation
- S/RF Meter
- MOSFET Final Transistor.
- Requires a High impedance electret microphone or amplified microphone. These do not work well with the noise cancelling mics like the 636L or the RK-56
- TX LED – An LED lights to indicate when the radio is transmitting.
- S/RF Meter – This LED meter shows the relative strength of the received signal or the RF output.
- Channel Indicator – Displays the channel currently in use.
- Channel Selector – This switch selects the desired channel for transmission and reception.
- Squelch – The squelch control is used to eliminate background noise during the absence of a transmission.
- Volume Control – Rotate clockwise to turn the radio on and to increase the volume.
- Microphone Jack – The operational mode of the CB is controlled by the push-to-talk switch on the microphone.
- Antenna Connector – This female connector permits connection of the transmission line cable male connector (PL-259) to the transceiver.
- EXT SP Jack – An External 8 Ohm 7-Watt Speaker may be connected to this jack. The internal speaker is disabled when you plug into this jack.
