This is a list of some common Free Band users in this spectrum. Please remember that these users are not licensed nor are they legally allocated to use these frequencies. But they are there, and talking long distances around the world.

While there is the European Standardized Paging Band 26.225 – 26.935 MHz (except in Germany where this clashes with their 26.565 – 27.405 CB allocation), I was able to find the actual channelized frequencies for the UK.
