-OR run 12vdc to it from inside the amp and then your all set.(this requires some soldering skills or a tech to do it). We like to use 2 x 25 Ohm 5W resistors in parralel (12.5 Ohm) fed to the on/off switch. The fan is very loud without the drop down resistors. Run both +/- through an RF bead and wrap a few times.
