This is similar to the Sadelta ME-3 microphones from years ago.

Careful these mic's are TOO loud right from the first notch on the volume control. Many times this "too loud" equals a squeal in a poorly grounded setup.  This mic needs a mic gain control on the radio to fully control it's volume.

This microphone does NOT come wired with a plug.
