This mini-kit was specifically created for pre-1997 Jeeps that utilize the spare tire bump stop on the back, right rear corner of the
vehicle. The mounting bracket attaches to the bump stop with four 1/4"-20 stainless steel bolts. To see and read about specifics on the mount,

The mini-kit includes the stainless steel mount, 18 ft (5.5m) of professional grade coaxial cable, and a FREE microphone hanger. This mini-kit includes our exclusive, rugged, and weatherproof
FireRing coax connection at the mount. Like all mini-kits, you save money when compared to purchasing individual components.
To achieve adequate roof clearance and realize sufficient RF radiation with minimal reflection, especially on vehicles with either a hard or soft top, the minimum antenna length used on bump stop installations should be 4' (1.2m).
