Warranty - 90
days from date of purchase.
Bells CB does not provide warranty service for
some of the
products sold on its website. Warranties, if any, for those
products that we sell are provided and serviced by the
manufacturer of that particular product.
Bells CB does
not warrant that any of the products sold perform as
advertised by the manufacturers, their agents, or by any
other form of advertisement.
Before you purchase any product from our company, please
check to make sure that you completely understand the
conditions of that manufacturer's warranty policy. ANY and
ALL warranty, repair, or faulty equipment questions MUST be
directed to the manufacturer of the item in question. We
have selected only those manufacturer’s that will provide
courteous, and prompt, customer support. Your after-purchase
needs and concerns can easily be resolved by the
manufacturer of that particular product. If they do not
solve your problem then we would then take it in our hands
to make sure you are satisfied via our own facility.
Neither Bells CB, or the manufacturer, is responsible for the shipping
costs of any item requiring warranty service. However, if we
are totally in the BAD and send you the wrong item or
something like -- say we send you an Astatic and it
was supposed to be a "Turner", then we WILL pay to
have it returned AND pay to PRIORITY ship the replacement.
Please contact the manufacturer directly whenever possible for defects or
warranty questions.
In the event that there is no warranty with a particular
product you purchased from Bells CB please contact Mabell@BellsCB.com
and inquire for further instructions.
We will ordinarily
warranty an item that has NO manufacturers warranty for 90
days from date of purchase.
Returns
We want you to be happy, if you are not
satisfied with your purchase first contact us at
"Mabell@BellsCB.com" for a
Return Authorization (RA) and return address. After you get the RA,
return the product with the original receipt and
original packaging. If the item is
returned unopened, in the original box,
we will exchange it or offer a refund based on
the circumstances. Except where prohibited, a
25% restocking fee will apply to any
non-defective item or items that requires Bells CB to perform rework prior to resale;
please ask a Bells CB Specialist for details.
Please note the following:
- Opened products can be exchanged for the
same item, but cannot be returned for a
full refund.
- Custom-configured products, including
any improvements, cannot be returned or
exchanged and must use a repair option only.
- Antenna whips that are bent or cut
cannot be returned.
- Products can be returned only after
receiving a Return Authorization (RA) from
us.
- We reserve
the right to repair or replace the item, or
issue a refund for the purchase price.
- If you send it back for a
REFUND because you "changed your mind" or
"your getting a divorce" etc.. (nothing
wrong with item) then there WILL be a
restocking fee. This covers the many credit
card or other banking fees on the charge and
the refund and repackaging and recertifying
the items, sometimes having to sell as
refurbished at reduced cost.
Summary
- We back everything up
here for 90 days.
- Sometimes we may use the
manufacturers repair facility to lower costs
and maintain your warranty status with the
company. (Like with Ranger and Galaxy and
Connex etc...)
- We accept returns and
give them the highest priority to repair /
replace and get back to you ASAP. Usually
same day.
